​William Maurice Hegyessy
15 Jun 1955 ~ 27 December 2020

Bill Hegyessy  succumbed to leukemia on December 27, 2020 in Jönköping, Sweden.  He was born on June 15, 1955 at Travis Air Force Base,California to Phyllis Schaffer and Harold M. Hegyessy Jr. 

Attended BYU. Became an insurance agent after his LDS mission.  Worked for the newspaper delivery service before he took a medical retirement over 20 years ago due to cronic sarcoidosis.

Survived by his wife Inger, five children: Jason, Rebecca, Anna, Patrick, and Alexander; four grandchildren; and four siblings: Carolyn, Barbara, Mary Jane, and Alisa.

A funeral was held on January 15, 2021.
