ALLEN MILES - Saturday Rites Slated For Allen R. Miles
Funeral services will be held for Allen Richard Miles,15, of 727 North 4th East, Centerville, who died August. 31, 1971 of injuries obtained in an auto accident.
He was born Sept. 14, 1955 in Salt Lake City to Richard B. and Maxine Farrell Miles.
He was a junior at Viewmont High School and a member of the Centerville Fourth Ward LDS Church.
Survivors: mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Burnham of Centerville; father, Richard B. Miles of Los Vegas, Nev.; sisters, Mrs. Larry (Marianne) Krebs of Centerville; Mrs. Michael (Bonnie) Telford, Provo; Miss Sharon Miles, Centerville; four grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Rackman of Woods Cross ; Mr. and Mrs. Geo. J. Miles, Centerville; step grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clark Burnham, Farmington.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Davis Stake Center, 950 No. Main, Centerville; Friends may call Friday 7-9 p.m. and Saturday 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Bountiful Union Mortuary, 295 No. Main. Interment will be in the Centerville City Cemetery.

Rites Held For Alan R. Miles
Funeral services were conducted for Alan Richard Miles who died Aug. 31, 1971 of injuries suffered in an auto accident.
Services were held in the Davis Stake Center with Bishop Almon J. Flake conducting.
Family prayer at the Bountiful Union Mortuary by Clinton Mills.
Prelude and postlude music by Sylvia C. Tingey; invocation by Leslie Beer; remarks by Almon J. Flake; speakers were Frank Smedley and George J. Miles, grandfather.
Musical selection by Laurie Gerrard and Barbara Mueller. They presented “The Swan” and “Largo” by Handel; the Viewmont Madrigal sang “Late Have I Loved Thee” and “August Moon”; benediction by Clinton Miles.
Interment in the Centerville City Cemetery with dedication of the grave by George Fowler.
Pallbearers were George Miles, Reg Nukesm Jeff Brown, Brad Rawlins, Larry Krebs, Merlin Calver.
Floral offerings were cared for by the Centerville Fourth LDS Ward Relief Society.

WOODS CROSS by Ruth S. Payne
Sympathy is extended to Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Rackman. Their grandson, Allen Miles was killed in a jeep accident in the mountains east of Bountiful. Services and burial were conducted on Saturday in Centerville.
