Jan Twelves Smith, age 31, passed away November 28, 1985 In a Bountiful Hospital.
Born April 5, 1954, Salt Lake City, Utah to Lea Ray and Edna Wiseman Twelves She married Brent W. Smith, January 14, 1978 at Elsinore, Utah.  Active member of the LDS Church, where she served in Relief Society and Primary. Graduate of Viewmont High School.
Survived by husband; two daughters, Bren Cherie and Michaelyn Dawn Smith, parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Twelves, Woodland; grandmother, Mrs. Florence Wiseman, Salt Lake City; brother, Kenneth Twelves, Woodland; preceded In death by a brother, Ray Dean 'Skip' Twelves.
Funeral services will be held Monday December 2, 1985 at 11:00 a.m. In the Russon Brothers Chapel, 255 South 2nd East where friends may call Sunday 6-8 p.m. and Monday one hour prior to services. Interment: Provo City Cemetery.
