Dale J Hammond 1955 ~ 2009

Loving Husband, father, grandpa, brother and friend, age 54 passed away suddenly October 15, 2009. He was born August 21, 1955 to Jerry and Rada Hammond. He married Shauna Lee on January 23, 1975. Dale was an avid New York Yankees and Utah Ute Fan. He also enjoyed spending time with his family outdoors. He is survived by two sons and two daughter in laws, Beau (Neely) Hammond of Elko, Nevada, Josh (Sasha) Hammond of NSL, Utah. Three grandchildren: Myameerae, Zoey and Tytan. Graveside service will be held at Salt Lake City Cemetery, 4th Ave. & N Street, Tuesdsay, October 20, 2009 at 11 a.m. A viewing will be held from 9:30-10:30 a.m., October 20, 2009 at Larkin Mortuary at 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City.
